AI Product Intern

AI4I is building a no-code AI platform to democratize the transformative capabilities of AI across various domains of science and engineering. Our platform allows domain experts to easily build robust and efficient AI models by soliciting their domain knowledge. AI4I allows users to build AI models without the hassle of code implementation while retaining control on the training process and their data. Users can build and train AI models on air-gaped system, securing their data and innovations.

As an AI Product Intern, you will be working on the development of cutting-edge AI modules. You will help shape the core capabilities of our platform by researching, designing, coding, testing, and documenting various AI modules, ensuring they align with both technical specifications and user requirements.

The primary responsibilities will be:

• Research new module requirements by collaborating with domain experts,
• Design and architect new AI modules to extend the platform’s functionality,
• Develop backend code for new modules,
• Perform unit testing to verify module functionality and robustness,
• Document code, workflows, and architecture.

The requirements to succeed in the role are:

• Fluency in Python (Essential),
• Knowledge of Pytorch (Good to Have),
• Basics of Git (Good to Have),
• Fundamental understanding of ML and its associated mathematics (Essential),
• Fundamental understanding of ML architectures such as CNN, RNN, and science specific ML architectures, such as PINN, FNO, HNN, and LNN (Preferred),
• Architectural mindset – The ability to break down complex solutions into manageable parts while maintaining a big-picture perspective (Essential),
• Quick Learner – The ability to rapidly acquire new skills, technologies, and concepts, and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment (Essential),
• Students or graduates from any engineering domain; Preference: Pre-final (3rd) or Final (4th) year of B.Tech, or pursuing an M.Tech/ M.S./ Ph.D. program.

This position is for a 10 weeks period, preferably between April and August. You will receive a total compensation of INR 1,00,000/- for 10 weeks.

AI Research Intern

As an AI Research Intern, you will explore novel ML architectures and techniques tailored to the fields of science and engineering. Your primary goal will be to help develop resources that enable users to seamlessly integrate AI into their work. Additionally, you will ensure that new modules meet user requirements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The primary responsibilities will be:

• Research novel ML architectures relevant to science and engineering,
• Write articles on AI in science and engineering, including implementation details, and our product offerings,
• Create educational content, such as videos and user guides to help users effectively use our offerings,
• Develop and curate datasets to assist users in teaching AI or for pre-training their models.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new modules meet user expectations.

The requirements to succeed in the role are:

• Knowledge of Python (Essential),
• Fundamental understanding of ML and its associated mathematics (Essential),
• Familiarity with ML architectures such as CNN, RNN, and science specific ML architectures, such as PINN, FNO, HNN, and LNN (Good to Have),
• Quick Learner – Ability to rapidly acquire new skills, technologies, and concepts, and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment (Essential),
• Technical writing – Passion for writing technical and research articles (Essential).
• Video editing skills – Experience with video editing software (Good to have).
• Students or graduates from any engineering domain; Preference: Sophomore (2nd) or Pre-final (3rd) year of B.Tech, or pursuing an M.Tech/ M.S./ Ph.D. program.

This position is for a 10 weeks period, preferably between April and August. You will receive a total compensation of INR 80,000/- for 10 weeks.
